3rd Workshop on Additive Manufacturing of Metallic Materials

May 28-29, 2018, University of Liège - Belgium

Workshop

The workshop aims at gathering researchers active in the development of additive manufacturing, especially using metallic materials.

A particular focus of the workshop is to enhance contact and exchange of ideas between the researchers and especially young researchers.

Scientific Program

The workshop covers all aspects of additive manufacturing:
  • Component redesign for additive manufacturing for instance using topology optimization,
  • Simulation techniques applied to additive manufaturing processes,
  • Development of materials and power metallurgy,
  • Process parameter optimization,
  • Connection between microtructures and usgae physical properties,
  • Showcases and industrial case studies...

Congres Location

The congress will tabke place at Auditorium Dick Annegarn on Star Tilman Campus Of University of Liege, Liege, Belgium.

Congres Fee

The congress attendance is free, but registration is mandatory.
